Ryan and staff,

I would like to thank you for sharing your knowledge with the good guys on the front line. Although this is not the first course I have attended with TRIPWIRE your professionalism and knowledge in this field is unsurpassed. I and my staff are always intrigued by the new advances in the field of homeland security here and your knowledge abroad. Your timely response to questions for the K-9 handler is remarkable. The HME class was remarkable. I heard Bomb Techs say, “I don’t believe what I have learned.” And I have heard seasoned Bomb dog handlers say “I never thought about that.” Any agency through out the world that is involved in EOD work will learn a real lesson from any courses taught at TRIPWIRE. The Chemists are for real, the staff is for real, and there is no down time like many seminars. It is go, go go, with safety in mind at all times. Tripwire is the real deal for gaining knowledge, and being one step ahead of those that wish us harm.

Ryan,
I have to say you guys are the best. My Chief extends his thanks as well in being so dilegent with getting us taken care of. We are a small PD with only 6 officers and the Chief. So, our budget as you may guess isn't one to support a pricey K9 Unit. Seeing as I owned my dog prior to being employed here, and that he was already trained with experience over seas with me, my PD made out like a bandit on the price of a police dog. Grant money paid for the vehicle being outfitted, the food is donated from a local pet supplier, and misc. expenses are taken care of, but kept to a minimum by me. I am the only handler for the PD, and probably will be for a while. So, your company working the delivery fee's out and making this happen has been a blessing for us to be able to maintain my dog to the best of our ability. Our police department is one that supports a commuter rail road from South Bend Indiana to Chicago Illinois, and we handle over 1 million people yearly, 5 countys, 2 states, over 95 miles of rail. We need to be on our game at all times, having a well trained Explosives Detector Dog is of my greatest concern. When my "acquired" aides started getting quite deteriorated, I searched locally to acquire more, but haven't been able to get what is really needed. Thanks to you guys, man did you make it happen. I almost don't know where to start. Thank you again, and I (we) will definitely be in touch, for any further needs (wants). Stay safe.

I apologize for taking so long to send this “Thank You” to you and your staff for having us at the May/2009 Advanced Explosive K9 Detection Search Course held in LaCrosse, WI. All I can say is that your course was absolutely awesome and that John Farrell and I both were extremely impressed with the subject matter experts, your staff and the course curriculum. There is no doubt, that Tripwire’s Advanced Explosive K9 Detection Search Course provided valuable “real world” information, training scenarios and instructor expertise that are quite frankly, hard to come by in the normal course of business. We will endeavor to “think outside the box” as we carry on about our normal course of duties, in part, due to Tripwire’s excellent training.
